I use this modality for stress management, most of my clients also wants to learn surfing therefore I combine both and I help them to connect their inner-selves within and without, giving them the knowledge and the freedom to heal themselves using the ocean. Water has very good healing properties and knowing how to stay safe in the ocean is most important.
No, it depends on the consent of the person and the situation. If I think it will be useful I will propose it to the person beforehand.
