What’s your approach to hypnosis and manifestation - is it spiritual or scientific?

My approach is both spiritual and scientific. I use a modern, permissive style of Ericksonian hypnosis - which means nothing is forced, you're in control at all times and your subconscious leads the way. I weave this with universal laws like the Law of Assumption and Law of Attraction, while also working strategically with your brain’s reticular activating system and confirmation bias to rewire how you perceive, feel, and receive life. It’s a grounded blend of neuroscience and spirituality that upgrades every part of your life - from health and relationships to purpose and possibility.

What methods do you use in your 1:1 sessions?

In my 1:1 sessions, I blend clinical hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy, energy healing, nervous system regulation, somatic techniques, and trauma-informed tools. My approach is integrative, intuitive, and entirely tailored to your unique needs and capacity - I meet you where you're at.

Can you help with my condition, even if I’ve been unwell for years?

Yes, I can help with your condition. While I don't diagnose or treat specific medical conditions, I work with the root patterns beneath them - like nervous system dysregulation, chronic stress, emotional suppression, and subconscious beliefs. Many of my clients have struggled for years with chronic illness, pain, fatigue, or burnout and have found profound shifts through this approach.
