Should I book a counselling or Reiki session?

A counselling session will help you understand your psyche and behaviours, and incorporate new practices and beliefs. A Reiki session will support you physically, energetically, and emotionally. Both modalities work together in synergy. If your initial preference is to start releasing your emotional burden, then counselling will be the first choice. You can then follow up with Reiki.

What if I feel afraid to talk about my life?

It is completely normal to feel uncertain before your first counselling or healing session. This is a safe space of support for you that is compassionate and 100% non judgemental. I understand that some areas of life are difficult to talk about, and you might feel concerned about opening Pandora's box. I will guide you, safely, one step at a time for your wellbeing and healing.

What do I need for a Reiki session?

Nothing, other than comfortable clothing, and openness to the experience and the magic. I will do the rest.
