Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports relaxation and helps restore balance in the body. During the session, I channel energy through light touch or just above the body, allowing your system to naturally release tension and rebalance.

Will there be physical touch during the session?

Sessions may include gentle, light touch (such as chakra or head support), always with your full consent. You are in control at all times, and we adapt to what feels safe and comfortable for you.

What can I expect during a session?

Each session is a gentle, personalised experience combining somatic movement, energy work, and mindfulness. You’ll be guided to relax, reconnect with your body, and release tension in a safe and supportive space.
