What is your travel coverage area for mobile sessions?

My coverage area is currently within 30 minutes of Bangalow. I travel as far north as Ocean Shores, south to Ballina, and inland to Federal and Clunes.

What should I do after a session?

Deeply rest, nourish yourself with good quality grounding food and water. Try to limit loud external influences, people or situations directly after the treatment to allow the energies to gently settle.

Who is it not suitable for?

Womb Hara Massage is not suitable during your menstrual bleed or if you are pregnant, if you've recently had surgery or if you have an IUD or coil.

How should I prepare for a Womb Hara Massage?

Its best to not eat a large meal for at least an hour before to allow the treatment to best support you abdomen. Other than that there is no need to prepare, come as you are.

What can I expect during and after the session?

A session begins with a conversation about your intentions and any areas of interest. Herbal oils are applied to the back, shoulders and glutes, with a focus on the abdomen, chest and womb area. Tuning forks and moxibustion are incorporated depending on your needs. The touch is slow and deeply listening. Many women describe feeling their womb “wake up,” with a gentle pulse, warmth or emotional release as Qi begins to circulate. Each session closes with a binding technique in which the body is wrapped in woven cloth and held to support integration and deep rest. A short integrative conversation follows the treatment.
