How many hypnosis sessions will I need?

All sessions are tailored to the individual. That being said, hypnotherapy is a relatively brief form of therapy. On average, clients will see me for 4-6 sessions for things like Anxiety or Insomnia. Weight loss clients will see me for a minimum of 8 weeks up to possibly 12 - 16 weeks.

What is hypnosis like?

Hypnosis can be likened to a meditative state, where you are still aware but relaxed with inward focus. Hypnosis can be performed with eyes open or closed, most client’s opt for closed eye hypnosis. It is a relaxed state and you will be taken on a journey to better understand the habitual behaviours formed, and there will be alternative suggestions offered. You are always is in control of choosing what to take on board and what to leave behind.

How do you do hypnosis online?

Once you have booked your session, you will be sent an email with a link to an online tele-health channel DOXY.ME. When your appointment is about to begin, you click the link and you will be taken to our secure HIPPA approved Level Minds waiting room. You will be let into the therapy room, and all you need is a comfortable chair with head support and your computer. Then the session will begin as a therapy session. Once there is a clear understanding of the problem, I will then explain hypnosis and begin.
