By accessing and reprogramming the subconscious, hypnotherapy can help people change their old beliefs, leading to improved self-esteem and confidence.
 
The use of strategic psychotherapy and hypnosis make my sessions unique and extremely powerful. Strategic psychotherapy allows my clients to understand HOW they hinder their own progress (ie: low self-esteem, bad relationships, anxiety etc.) By understanding the process of HOW we are creating our problems, we can work on creating solutions and create a new path associated with new beliefs. This mainly focuses on the way people are doing their problem and how to change it.
